  Robert Baldwin:  no. 10 Targeted  Discrimination and Human Right Violator in Lu's case.     Robert  Baldwin was the director of school music. He failed to promote Lu 's contract and he never investigate Lu's case.       He told Lu that MIGUEL CHUAQUI added negative comments against Lu to prevent him not to recieved scholarship because he report MIGUEL CHUAQUI's student misbehavior.       Robert Bladwin failed to resolve Lu's complaint of breach contracts and discrimination. He took adverse action against Lu to cover up his colleagues employment law violations without requiring them to correct the mistakes.       His violations were also covered up by Utah Government Immunity Acts.

Michael G. Goodrich  no.8 Targeted U.S. Discrimination and  Human Right Law Violators in Lu's case  Michael G. Goodrich , was the auditor of the University of Utah before Lu filed the lawsuit,  Now, he may be retired after the lawsuit.  He failed to correct the mistakes made by Lori McDonald.  He replied Lu he found few minor mistakes and they were all corrected.  Since these mistakes were all corrected , Lu should able to continue on his graduate studies at University of Utah and this never happened.  Lu responded his report to his boss about the wrongful investigations and his boss close the complaints.

  Donn Schaefer NO. 4Human Right Law and Discrimination Law Violator in Lu's case.        Now, he is still the faculty of the school of music at the University of Utah.       Donn Schaefer deceived Lu to attend University of Utah by promising to continue on Lu's scholarship and assistantship awards as long as Lu reach his GPA above 3.0.       On March 2011, he lied Lu that school of music had no funding and asked Lu to transfer. How can any students to transfer after March ? All school's application was totally finished.       After Lu filed the contracted based lawsuit, he admitted there is a oral promise. Yet, it is not on the written contract. As the result, he did not have to full fill his promise. Because the oral promise was confirmed in the first lawsuit, his breach of contract extended to Employment Discrimination laws.      Nowadays,  Donn Schaefer still uses negative information to prevent Lu both continues on his contract or prevents him transfer to other univers

Ryan C. Randall: no. 2 Discrimination and Human Right Law Violator in the case Lu v University of Utah

Ryan C. Randall  No. 2 Targeted discrimination and human right law violators in Lu's case       Ryan Randall was the student behavior specialist at the University of Utah and he is a certified Clinical Social Work/Therapist (LCSW) . In Utah, LCSW is the initial of  Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Now, he operates a clinic and he left University of Utah after Lu filled this lawsuit.      Due to the future lawsuit against him, Lu could merely releases few fragment evidences from his student record and police reports.       Yung-Kai Lu met him on Spring 2011 while making a complaint about fraud activities by his colleague George Marie.   Lori K. McDonald : no.1 Targeted  Discrimination and Human Right Violator in Lu's case. Now, Andy Lu releases her violations to damage him and her violations has been shielded by the Utah Government Immunity Acts.  The acceptance of Utah Government Immunity Acts in the Federal Courts, the assurance of her factual violations.   Factual discrimination and human right violations: In Spring 2011, Lori McDonald conspired nine University of Utah staff and faculty members in School of Music to untruthfully documented that Lu had some criminal charges in his immigration records in order to deport Lu back to Taiwan and terminated his scholarship and graduate position.
