Yung-Kai Lu also proved that the work performance letter was wrong and the school of music failed to promote his position under Donn Schaefer's promise.
Charles Piele failed to correct all faculty members and staff members' wrongdoings to Lu and immediately close the case without any explanations.
Because Charles Piele failed to correct all the mistakes after reviewing Lu's proves, Lu moved on his complaint to the U.S. Federal Courts.
The court confirmed Yung-Kai Lu's allegations against Charles Pilele and applied Utah Government Immunity Acts to cover up his violations.
