Charles Piele is another staff members covered up Lu's case. He was another Defendant left his position after the lawsuit. 

On late November 2012, Yung-Kai Lu filed a internal appeal to him with sufficient evidence that Lori McDonald led 9 faculty and staff members to manufacture his false medical and criminal reports. Yung-Kai Lu also proved that the work performance letter was wrong and the school of music failed to promote his position under Donn Schaefer's  promise.                                                                                                  

Charles Piele failed to correct all faculty members and staff members' wrongdoings to Lu and immediately close the case without any explanations. 

Because Charles Piele failed to correct all the mistakes after reviewing Lu's proves, Lu moved on his complaint to the U.S. Federal Courts. 

The court confirmed Yung-Kai Lu's allegations against Charles Pilele and applied Utah Government  Immunity Acts to cover up his violations.

In Utah, LCSW is the initial of  Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Now, Andy Lu releases her violations to damage him and her violations has been shielded by the Utah Government Immunity Acts.  The acceptance of Utah Government Immunity Acts in the Federal Courts, the assurance of her factual violations.   Factual discrimination and human right violations: In Spring 2011, Lori McDonald conspired nine University of Utah staff and faculty members in School of Music to untruthfully documented that Lu had some criminal charges in his immigration records in order to deport Lu back to Taiwan and terminated his scholarship and graduate position.
