Miguel Chuaqui: no.3 Human Right and Employment Law Violators in Lu's case.

Miguel Chuaqui

NO.3  Targeted Human Right and Employment Law Violators in Lu's case.

First of all, Miguel Chuaqui was not Lu's major professor.

In March 2011, Lu report Miguel Chuaqui's student George Marie's misbehavior that George did not fullfil his promise to finish the composition for Lu to perform in the conference.

Lu report to Miguel Chuaqui that it was fine that he refused to help when Lu asked because Lu could find other alternate solutions.

Since George Marie promised and he should finish it instead of turning in few measures music to deceive Lu he finalized the work. Deceiving creates unfriendly and discriminatory working environment.

Miguel Chuaqui  did not  correct  George Marie's misbehavior.  He covered up his misbehavior and took adverse actions to damage Lu that the school of music should not continue on Lu's scholarship because he had fight with his student  George Marie. The Court confirmed Lu's allegation against Miguel Chuaqui:

Miguel Chuaqui 's violations could be counted in the retaliation violation in the employment laws and tort laws in Utah state laws.

It is shameful that He was appointed to be the director of music at University of Utah School of Music. The school of music hired a discriminatory faculty member to be the director of music.
