    In August 2011, Yung-Kai Lu met with her to complain about faculty members in school of music violates his contract and failed to continue on his graduate position .  

    She failed to correct school of music's mistreatment to Yung-Kai Lu. She extorted Yung-Kai Lu that he had to pay full tuition and Lu could not transfer to other universities. Meanwhile, the Social worker Ryan Randll misused his social worker license to made a fake medical report that Lu had mental disorder and he could not control his emotion.

    Chalimar Swain made a ridiculous decision with Lori McDonald that Lu had mental disorder and he had to pay tuition to University of Utah to continue on his doctoral studies. 

    After Yung-Kai Lu came back to Taiwan, she kept conspired with Lori K. McDonald and Ryan Randall to releasing negative information based on Lu's fake medical report to ask US embassy in Taiwan to cease issuing all kind of visa for Lu back to the U.S. 

    Yung-Kai Lu filed the lawsuit against her in 2013. The court correctly addressed her violations. Yet, the court failed to compelled her violations and cited the unrelated law: Utah State Government Violations to covered up her violations. 

    Now, Chalimar Swain is associate director in UIT Strategic Planning and Process Team. She still discriminates Yung-Kai Lu because she refused to correct all mistakes.

Ryan C. Randall  No. 2 Targeted discrimination and human right law violators in Lu's case       Ryan Randall was the student behavior specialist at the University of Utah and he is a certified Clinical Social Work/Therapist (LCSW) . In Utah, LCSW is the initial of  Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Now, he operates a clinic and he left University of Utah after Lu filled this lawsuit.      Due to the future lawsuit against him, Lu could merely releases few fragment evidences from his student record and police reports.       Yung-Kai Lu met him on Spring 2011 while making a complaint about fraud activities by his colleague George Marie. However, Ryan C. Randall took adverse action against Lu and misused his licence to diagnose Lu's mental and emotional stability      On October 2011, Lu recieved the report from the Utah Immigration Officer when he had a trial with the immigration judge and the report stated by Lori McDonald that many people were concerned about Lu's emotional

Now, Andy Lu releases her violations to damage him and her violations has been shielded by the Utah Government Immunity Acts.  The acceptance of Utah Government Immunity Acts in the Federal Courts, the assurance of her factual violations.   Factual discrimination and human right violations: In Spring 2011, Lori McDonald conspired nine University of Utah staff and faculty members in School of Music to untruthfully documented that Lu had some criminal charges in his immigration records in order to deport Lu back to Taiwan and terminated his scholarship and graduate position. In August 2011, Lori McDonald misrepresented that she was the highest level to resolve Lu's complaints of failing promotions and breaching contracts and Lu's complaints had no merits to pursue any changes.  During 2012 to 2013, Lori McDonald urged immigration officer Todd McWhorter in Salt Lake to contact the U.S
