Meanwhile, the Social worker Ryan Randll misused his social worker license to made a fake medical report that Lu had mental disorder and he could not control his emotion.       Chalimar Swain made a ridiculous decision with Lori McDonald that Lu had mental disorder and he had to pay tuition to University of Utah to continue on his doctoral studies.       After Yung-Kai Lu came back to Taiwan, she kept conspired with Lori K. (David) Michael Cottle no. 10  Targeted  Discrimination and Human Right Violator in Lu's case. Michael Cottle was Yung-Kai Lu's direct supervisor of his graduate assistant position from August 2010 to 2011. It was totally fine when Lu worked with him for whom semester  until he read the response from Michael Goodrich's of his complaint against Lori McDonald and Don Schaefer on November 2012.   However, on November 2012, Yung-Kai Lu only knew some fragment information because Lu never read the real report until February 2016 after he was approved to receive all of his personal file.     Michael Cottle discontinued his contract for the reasons that he disliked Yung-Kai'S cultural background and labeled many negative job performance records without any proofs.   Michael Cottle still uses his false information of his job performance letter to prevent him for all future potions.

Charles A. Wight no.7 Targeted U.S. Discrimination and  Human Right Law Violators in Lu's case  Charles A. Wight , was the Director of Graduate School when Lu was at University of Utah.  Now, he is the president of   Salisbury University in Maryland.  He took adverse action against Lu after meeting with in the late August 2011.  The court explicitly discovered he failed to investigate  Lu's case and allow Lori McDonald to form a nasty meeting to damage Lu.  See court order :

Charles Piele no.9  Targeted  Discrimination and Human Right Violator  in Lu's case. Charles Piele is another staff members covered up Lu's case. He was another Defendant left his position after the lawsuit.  On late November 2012, Yung-Kai Lu filed a internal appeal to him with sufficient evidence that Lori McDonald led 9 faculty and staff members to manufacture his false medical and criminal reports. Yung-Kai Lu also proved that the work performance letter was wrong and the school of music failed to promote his position under Donn Schaefer's   promise.                                                                                                   Charles Piele failed to correct all faculty members and staff members' wrongdoings to Lu and immediately close the case without any explanations.  Because  Charles Piele failed to correct all the mistakes after reviewing Lu's proves, Lu moved on his complaint to the U.S. Federal Courts.  The court confirmed Yung-Kai Lu&

  Miguel Chuaqui   NO.3  Targeted Human Right and Employment Law Violators in Lu's case. First of all, Miguel Chuaqui was not Lu's major professor. In March 2011, Lu report Miguel Chuaqui's student George Marie 's misbehavior that George did not fullfil his promise to finish the composition for Lu to perform in the conference.   Lu report to Miguel Chuaqui that it was fine that he refused to help when Lu asked because Lu could find other alternate solutions.   Since George Marie promised and he should finish it instead of turning in few measures music to deceive Lu he finalized the work. Deceiving creates unfriendly and discriminatory working environment.                                                                                                Miguel Chuaqui   did not   correct   George Marie's misbehavior.   He covered up his misbehavior and took adverse actions to damage Lu that the school of music should not continue on Lu's scholarship because h
